Renowned fashion and fitness model Niki Taylor has graced the covers of magazines, billboards and television shows from the young age of 14.  Now, at age 37, Taylor is still heavily invested in her TV and modeling career – but she’s added another challenging job to the list: being a mother to four children.
 
Recently, she sat down with Dr. Manny Alvarez, senior managing health editor at FoxNews.com, to share her tips for moms on how to stay healthy while juggling multiple responsibilities.
 
According to The Working Mother report, 48 percent of working mothers and 42 percent of stay-at-home moms say they feel guilty they’re not doing enough to take care of themselves.
 
“[Mothers] are just too busy taking care of the family, they’re taking kids to school, taking them to soccer practice, and they’re leaving out the most important part of the equation—that is taking care of themselves,” Taylor said.
